Welcome to the Video Presentation: Managing Difficult Conversations
Grab your favourite cuppa and get comfortable as you join Beverley Bolton and The OT Link for this recording of the live Coffee Club Session that ran in April 2026.
How to Get Started:
-
Watch the Videos
Click on the lessons below and watch the recorded presentation. You can watch it in parts or all at once. Please note, you must complete both the video viewings on the website before proceeding to the quiz. A pdf of the presentation slides and a list of resources have been loaded on the “Materials” tab above, for your use while watching the presentation.
-
Complete the Course Evaluation
After viewing the video, please fill out the course evaluation. This is a mandatory requirement by HPCSA, and it helps us ensure the quality of this CPD activity.
-
Take the Quiz
Once you’ve completed the course evaluation, it’s time for the quiz. You have three attempts to complete it, so make sure to check your answers thoroughly. If you score above 70%, you will earn 3 CEUs.
-
Access Your Certificate
Once you’ve finished the quiz and evaluation and marked all steps complete, you can access your CEU certificate directly from your My Courses Profile.
Important Info:
- As per the new HPCSA requirements, we will automatically submit your course attendance to HPCSA, so you don’t need to do anything on that end. We recommend keeping a copy of your certificate for your records, should you encounter any problems.
- Make sure your HPCSA number is correctly entered in your “My Account” details (letters in front of the number, no spaces between digits). Incorrect numbers may cause issues with uploading to HPCSA’s system, and you may need to submit your certificates manually.
Course Expiry Notice:
You have until 31 December 2026 to complete this course.
We hope you enjoy this online learning experience and find it beneficial to your practice.
Feel free to reach out with any feedback or questions—we’re here to help!
